DC United forward Matt Nickell (#20) and Ryan Rich visited Greenbelt to teach GBGC soccer players some drills, shared stories and held an autograph and photo op with the kids from the club.
The kids learned many warm up drills and skills from Matt and Ryan. They worked hard for about an hour and than were treated to an autograph session were the kids got some free gifts courtesy of DC United and asked some one on one questions with the player.
Many thanks to Kim Paz and Jennifer Zambrana for their hard work putting this clinic together, as well as to Matt and Ryan and the rest of DC United for making it possible.
Also to be thanked are The Knights of Columbus St Hugh Council 10885 for cooking up some delicious burgers and hot dogs, as well as Three Brothers Pizza for their kind and tasty donation.
